I have had a terrible time with my relationship with this company(american vision windows)they claim to be soooo upstanding.I literally had my windows for 24 hours when one fell apart.Things happen I understand but this was the last staw. Once they have your money they due everything on their time, no hurry. The only hurry is to get your money and then they have no one who can fix the problem. I have called and ask them to come out, they could only come when I was not avaible, I told them so and they changed the date and then did not show up. I called . . .

I was not avaible and that was that and they
would schedule me for a week later(for windows that did not last 24hrs) To top it off they wanted me to do the foot work . . take pictures,fax and scan things to them. Really??? What did I pay for?? The people who came to the house could not have been more pleasant but the people in the office are nasty and not one bit helpful.
